Maintenance and cleaning instructions Sun Sauna Swing Clean laude system

Sun Sauna’s Swing Clean spa system is a spa system designed for community saunas.

Depending on the application, the frame parts of the Laude system can be made as rst-, hts-frames or
with tile-mounted mechanisms. All components can be removed and reassembled for washing
or for the replacement of wall constructions. Lauderalls can be made of heat-treated pine or
heat-treated aspen. Boardwalks can be ordered from Sun Sauna and are quick and easy to replace.

Swing-Clean condensate protection

It is recommended to protect the wooden parts of the board with paraffin oil all around. This treatment extends the life of the
board and prevents cracking of the boards.

Before the protective treatment, the decks should be thoroughly washed and dried.

1. heat the bath and oil, this will speed up the absorption of the oil
2. apply the oil with a foam rubber brush to both sides of the board
3. leave to soak for about 2 hours
4. wipe off excess oil with a lint-free cloth
5. always reapply after careful washing and drying
2-4 times a year depending on use

Washing the lute

Lightweight to handle, proven to give better washing results

Swing boards are sized to make them
easy to handle. When lifted upright, they can be washed on both sides
in place and in their own washing rack for periodic washing.
The boards can be washed with normal washing utensils and
the washing result can be guaranteed.

Good washability allows excellent hygiene. Sufficiently large board edges,
lower surface bevels and appropriately sized laude elements make
daily cleaning easier and faster. For thorough weekly cleaning, the ramps can be lifted onto a
washing rack for cleaning. The laude elements can also be washed
on the washroom side using the wash rack. Due to the good mechanical cleaning
possibilities, mild detergents can be used for cleaning, which
saves the environment and protects the health of the
cleaning staff.

Post-wash hygiene tests have shown that the Swing structure
has a significantly better washing result than a traditional tile.

Maintenance cleaning (daily washing)

1. Lift the boards upright and rinse both sides with warm water
2. Apply the cleaning solution with a foam cleaner.
3. Allow the solution to work for a while.
4. Brush the surfaces and board edges of the elements thoroughly
5. Rinse the lauderall with cool water
It is recommended to leave the lauderall upright to dry. To speed up the drying
process, the heaters should be left on for a while after washing.

Detergent examples:
– Suma Gel Force, dosage 10 ml/1 l water (RTK Service/Sealed Air)
– Kiilto Sointu Spa or Kiilto C4Max, dosage 10-20 ml/1 l water (Kiilto)

Cleaning on maintenance day ( 1 x per week )

1. Lift the lauderall upright and rinse both sides with warm water.
2. Apply the cleaning solution with a foam cleaner.
3. Let the solution sit for a while.
4. Lift the lauderall onto the wash rack and brush the rall thoroughly all over. Also wash the gaps between the boards.
5. Rinse the elements with cool water. It is recommended to leave the boards upright to dry.

To speed up the drying process, the heaters should be left on for a while after washing.

Detergent examples:
– Oxivir Plus, dosage 3.5% (RTK Service/Sealed Air)
– Kiilto Pluschlor, dosage 20 ml / 1 l water (Kiilto)

The use of a high-pressure cleaner is prohibited for cleaning wooden surfaces
