Seinäjoki Housing Fair 2016

The Housing Fair 2016 will be held in Seinäjoki, Pruukinranta, on the shore of Lake Kyröskoski artificial lake from 8.7.-7.8.The fairground is located about 3 kilometres from the centre of Seinäjoki. There are 43 properties on display, 35 detached houses, a wooden apartment building, a log cabin house and a beach with a pier. Sun Sauna will be present at the fair with six magnificent buildings.

Screen house “Isoo” Pihlaja, object no 37

The sauna in Isoon Pihlaja is made of Sun Sauna Classic laude heat-treated aspen, and the sauna panels are made of 15×90 mm stp heat-treated aspen. The stove is a Helo Rocher, which is embedded in a foot bath. Between the sauna and the washroom there is a semi-high smoked grey glass wall that opens up the space of the Sun Sauna.

Jetta House, Salt and Pepper, item No 32

The sauna in the Jetta house has tiles in the Relax collection’s minimalist style. The boards are made of 140 mm heat-treated aspen with an exceptional depth direction. The lighting is provided by a new Sun Sauna LED fibre-optic board light. Tulikivi Riite heater is integrated into the boards. Between the sauna and the washroom there is a Sun Sauna full-height glass partition with clear glass. The glass is fixed to the floor with brackets that allow the floor to be easily cleaned.

Kuusamo Log house, Nuuna-house, object no 40

The sauna ceiling in the modern log house in Kuusamo is made of 140 mm heat-treated tarwood from Sun Sauna’s Relax collection. The lower lath continues as a single piece to the seat underneath the rear wall, and the lower lath has an integrated Ikikiukka Corner ICI, which is controlled by an external Wave controller. The roof panel is made of clear aspen wood with a white tint. Designed by architect Seppo Mäntylä and decorated by Sirkka-Liisa Murtovaara from Kuusamo.

Lakeuden Jämerä Kutsu, item No 43

Jämerän sauna features a 190 mm wide giant seat, a “companion table” made of opposite seats Laude is from Sun Sauna’s Relax collection. Opposite the door is the Original Malja from the Magnum stove integrated into the ceiling. The lighting is realized with Sun Sauna’s LED fiber optic board light + stove lens. The sauna and washrooms are connected by a half-height fine half-height clear glass wall made by Sun Sauna.

Fiskarhedenvilla, Tupien Tupa, site no 29

The L-shaped floor of Sun Sauna’s Relax collection is made of 140 mm wide heat-treated aspen. The footboard extends all the way to the walls and also underneath the seats. The sauna panel is made of heat-treated magnolia 15×145 mm with sts. The heater is a Narvin Soft immersion heater with integrated collar.

Passive house damp-proofing, Casa del Muurimäki, item no 26

The sauna in the passive house has a facing laude from the Relax collection in wide 185 mm heat-treated magnolia. The wall panel is the same live-finish heat-treated magnolia 145 mm wide, with a sharp sts point to match the style. The stove is the Sawon Aries Wall. The full-height glass wall of the sauna is supplied by Sun Sauna in clear glass.
