The metal frames of the raft are fully assembled components, and the performance of the raft system has been tested in the harshest conditions.
The advantage of the Swing Clean laude system is its long service life and easy renewability. We always make a roll map of the decks we supply, so new wood parts can be delivered quickly and cheaply. Ready for installation, of course, without on-site sawing. The Laude system saves on both running and renewal costs compared to traditional decking.
The lauderalls are on a metal frame with quick-release fasteners so they are easy to wash and maintain, and are sized to be lightweight enough to lift for washing. The raft frame can be assembled and disassembled during sauna renovation or maintenance. The steel frame is suitable for all saunas in continuous use. Depending on the operating environment, the frame material is selected from stainless steel (rst frame) or acid-resistant (hst frame) steel (chloride environment, swimming pools).
There are no dirt and moisture traps on the undersides of the wooden slats. The structure of a lauderall made by dowelling will last longer than a traditional laude made by the stapling method.
The cleanability and washing results of the raft have been shown through self-monitoring to be superior to traditional rafts. In particular, cleaning staff have praised the manageability and easy cleanability of the ramps.
Swing Clean's metal-framed laude system also includes opening stove gates for easy maintenance.
