Sun Sauna customer register
4. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Direct marketing register pursuant to Section 19 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999).
The person has registered as a Sun Sauna customer, subscribed to the Sun Sauna newsletter, purchased Sun Sauna products or participated in an event, competition or draw organised by Sun Sauna.
The purpose of the register is to maintain Sun Sauna's customer register and to archive and process orders and e-commerce orders, as well as to manage the customer relationship. The data may be used for the development of Sun Sauna's operations, statistical purposes and targeted marketing. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.
The information in the register can be used in Sun Sauna's own registers to target advertising without disclosing personal data to third parties. If you do not wish to receive communications or marketing through the service, please contact the service provider by e-mail at info@sunsauna.fi.
Sun Sauna may use partners to maintain customer and service relationships and for after-sales marketing. Some of the register data may be transferred to the partner's servers due to technical requirements. The data will only be processed through technical interfaces to maintain Sun Sauna's customer relationship.

The personal data of the data subject will be destroyed at the request of the user, unless we are obliged to retain the data by law or by the contractual rights and obligations of the parties. Otherwise, the retention period is 10 years from the last contact with the customer.

Personal data is protected against unauthorised access, accidental or unlawful processing by adequate technical and organisational measures.
11. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Data subjects have the right to access their data and the right to inspect, correct and update their personal data. If the data subject does not wish to have his or her data included in the Sun Sauna customer register, he or she may request that the data be removed from the register.
The data subject has the right under applicable data protection law to have his or her personal data transferred from one system to another, i.e. to receive his or her personal data in a structured and commonly used format and to transfer it to another controller.
The above requests can be addressed to the person responsible for data protection at Sun Sauna.
If the data subject considers that his or her legal rights have been infringed, he or she has the right to lodge a complaint with the national data protection authority or another data protection authority in the European Union or the European Economic Area.
