Order and delivery terms

Sun Sauna Oy (business ID 1099539-8) sells products to adult individuals and companies in Finland and the Åland Islands. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

To order

Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by adding them to your shopping cart. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested when placing an order will only be used for Sun Sauna's marketing, delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in the order. If you wish to opt-out of Sun Sauna's marketing, you may notify the person in the contact details of your request. When ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time. The products will be delivered by post.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. To send confirmation messages, you will need to provide an email address when placing your order.

Delivery method and costs

You can see the delivery costs of your order after you have chosen the payment and delivery method.

Delivery time

Delivery times for standard products are 2-5 days. The delivery time for plates is about 2 weeks and for doors without frames about 3 weeks. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect costs caused by delays. In case of abnormal delivery times, please refer to the online shop page.

Exchange and return conditions

You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of your order. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. If you wish to return or exchange products after the inspection period, please contact the retailer directly. When returning a delivered order, please include your customer number(s) and contact details, as well as your account number for refund purposes. There is no right of return or exchange for made-to-measure products such as tiles and frameless glass doors.

Problem situations

If a product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault within 14 days to the parties listed in the exchange and return policy. If the package is damaged in transit, a claim must be made immediately to the carrier. The carrier will issue a written document of the claim.
